Toronto Pearson offers a variety of parking options designed to accommodate your
preferred travel experience.
Terminal Parking
Short Term: For those that are coming to the airport to welcome or drop off
friends, acquaintances or family members, short-term parking provides the
quickest access to and from the terminal. Short-term parking is offered at both
Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 and is recommended for stays up to four hours. Please

Long Term: Designed for all travelling passengers, long-term parking offers
unsurpassed convenience, located just steps away from the terminals' departures
hall. Long-term parking is offered at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 and is
recommended for those who are travelling for the day or longer. Please visit the

Toronto Pearson offers convenient curbside valet service at Terminal 1 and
Terminal 3 at a reasonable price.
Parking via the LINK Train
For those travellers who have an extended stay, the GTAA offers value priced
alternatives in its surface Reduced Rate Parking Lot and its new indoor Viscount
Parking Garage. Both options offer competitive off-airport pricing with
on-airport convenience.
Drop off and Pick up
When dropping off passengers at Toronto Pearson, you may stop momentarily on the
curbside of the arrivals or departures level at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. Please
note that you are not able to park curbside or leave your vehicle unattended at
any time.
For those who are picking up passengers and prefer to wait in their vehicles,
the GTAA is pleased to provide a safe alternative in its Cell Phone lot . Please

Valet Parking
Toronto Pearson offers convenient curbside valet service at Terminal 1 and
Terminal 3.
This service is available from 4:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m. Accommodations will be made
for those requiring service outside of the core hours, provided you have
pre-registered using the Valet Pre-Registration Form.
Dropping off your Vehicle:
Terminal 1:
Follow Valet Parking signage to the Terminal 1 departures curb at Post 11 where
a valet attendant will greet you and park your vehicle in the safety of the
Terminal 1 indoor parking garage.
Terminal 3:
Follow Valet Parking signage to the Terminal 3 departures curb at Post 15 where
a valet attendant will greet you and park your vehicle in the safety of the
Terminal 3 indoor parking garage.
Picking up your Vehicle:
Terminal 1:
On your return to Toronto Pearson Terminal 1, proceed to the Valet Care Customer
Service on Level 5 of the Terminal 1 parking garage to pick up your vehicle.
Access to the Valet Care Customer Service is available via the West Bridge on
Level 2 (between Arrivals and Departures) at Terminal 1.
Terminal 3:
On your return to Toronto Pearson Terminal 3, follow the Valet Care signs to the
International Arrivals area located on the east end of Terminal 3. Proceed down
the escalators and Valet Care Customer Service will be to your right.
Flat fee of $25.00 plus regular long-term parking rates. Canadian or U.S. funds,
debit, or any major credit card is accepted.

The GTAA offers value priced parking at the Viscount Parking Garage, located at
6145 Viscount Road. The covered parking garage offers protection from the
elements and is positioned along the LINK Train route for convenient and quick
access to the terminals. The train is free, runs non-stop, and is wheelchair
accessible.
The Viscount Parking Garage has special features designed for easy navigation.
Unique level indicators assist travellers in finding and remembering the
location of their parking space. In addition, at the entry of each level of the
garage, a display screen indicates the number of available spaces to reduce the
amount of time required to find a parking space.

Reduced Rate Parking Lot
The GTAA offers discounted parking at the Reduced Rate Parking Lot, located
directly across from Terminal 3 at 6135 Airport Road. The parking lot is
positioned along the LINK Train route for convenient and quick access to the
terminals. The train is free, runs 24 hours a day and seven days a week, and is
wheelchair accessible. No reservations are required to park in the Reduced Rate
Parking Lot.

In the Cell Phone Lot, you can wait comfortably in your car for your passenger
to let you know that they have arrived and are ready for curbside pickup. We are
happy to provide this alternative to making tiresome loops, stopping dangerously
(and illegally) at the side of the roadways, and congesting the terminal curbs.
There are 50 parking spaces available for a maximum time limit of 60 minutes.
Vehicles must be turned off and attended at all times. The Cell Phone Lot is
available and monitored 24 hours a day.
If you prefer to meet your friends and family in the terminal, we recommend you
park in one of the designated parking structures. Click here for regular parking

Accessible Parking
Designated disabled parking spaces are available in all terminal garages and
parking lots. Parking at the terminal curbs is prohibited. Drop offs and pick
ups are allowed; however, do not leave your vehicle unattended at any time. Your
vehicle will be subject to towing.
Terminal 1 has designated disabled parking spaces on the following levels:
* Level 2 - 11 spaces
* Level 3 - 11 spaces
* Level 4 - 17 spaces
* Level 5 - 19 spaces
* Level 6 - 13 spaces
* Level 7 - 12 spaces
Terminal 3 has designated disabled parking spaces on the following levels:

The Viscount Parking Garage has designated disabled parking spaces on the
following levels:

Reduced Rate Parking
The Reduced Rate Parking Lot (Viscount Station) offers over 2,400 discounted
parking spaces, which include 39 designated disabled parking spaces. The lot is
located at 6135 Airport Road (between Hwy 409 and American Drive, across from
Terminal 3). The LINK Train system provides free 24-hour, wheelchair accessible
service running between the Reduced Rate Parking Lot (Viscount Station),
Terminal 3, and Terminal 1.
TTY/Teletypewriters
Teletypewriter (TTY) phones are available on all levels of the terminals, and in

Meeting Passengers
“No Parking” Areas
When dropping off or picking up passengers at Toronto Pearson, you may stop
momentarily on the curbside of the Arrivals and Departures levels. Please note
that you may not park along the terminal curbs for any length of time, or leave
your vehicle unattended. Toronto Pearson has designated Traffic Officers who
will ensure there is no parking curbside.
In addition, no parking is permitted along the airport roadways leading to the
terminals. This helps to ensure safety for drivers using the roadways.
Cell Phone Lot
If you have arranged to pick up passengers by car and are waiting for them to
arrive at the airport, we invite you to park at the GTAA’s new Cell Phone Lot.
This short-term parking area provides motorists with a safe and legal location
to stop their vehicles while waiting for passengers to call for a ride. The Cell
Phone Lot has parking spaces for 50 vehicles, and allows a maximum wait time of
60 minutes.
The Cell Phone Lot is located just north of the airport on Network Drive,
between Highway 409 and American Drive (see map).
Note: Vehicles must be turned off and attended at all times. The lot is
monitored and violators will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
Other Parking Options
Additional long- and short-term parking is available at the terminals and at the
GTAA’s Reduced Rate Parking Lot. Parking in these locations will allow you to
accompany passengers to the check-in counters, or wait for friends and family in

Greeting Areas
When greeting passengers arriving at Toronto Pearson, we recommend making
arrangements to meet in the arrivals level of both terminals, just outside of
the baggage claim area for domestic or international passengers.

A12. The GTAA provides wheelchairs and electric carts for passengers requiring

A14. No, baggage carts are not available inside secure areas. Baggage carts are
only available for use in areas located before security screening points and in
baggage claim areas.
Q15. Are infant car seats and strollers available at the Airport?
A15. No, infant car seats and strollers are not available. However, you may
bring your own and check them in as checked baggage. If you bring your own
stroller, it is not necessary to check it in until you reach the aircraft door.
Upon arrival at your destination, you will be able to reclaim your stroller at
the aircraft door.

A19. No, a post office is not available at the airport. However, you may

the Sheraton hotel.
Q20. What are the hours of operation of the Duty Free Shops? What items are
available for sale?
A20. Duty Free Shops are open two hours prior to the scheduled departure of the
first flight and close approximately 30 minutes prior to the last departure

Q21. Is there an inter-terminal shuttle service?
A21. The LINK Train offers free transportation between Terminal 1, Terminal 3,
the Sheraton hotel, and the Reduced Rate Parking Lot (at Viscount Station). The

Q22. Are car rental companies located onsite at the airport?

Toronto Pearson is positioned along several major highway routes: 400, 401, 403,
407, 409, 410, 427, and the Gardiner Expressway. When on the highway, follow
signs directing you to the airport.
